(JA!) se encuentran entre las personas galardonadas con el Premio Right Livelihood de este a\u00f1o por su compromiso con la justicia ambiental.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante 45 a\u00f1os, Right Livelihood ha honrado y apoyado a personas visionarias que resuelven problemas globales. Desde hoy, son <a href=\"https:\/\/rightlivelihood.org\/the-change-makers\/find-a-laureate\/\">198 personas y organizaciones de 77 pa\u00edses<\/a> las laureadas con el Premio Right Livelihood. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El liderazgo de JA! en la campa\u00f1a \u201cNo al gas\u201d ha atra\u00eddo la atenci\u00f3n internacional hacia las luchas ambientales y de derechos humanos de Mozambique al exigir a las empresas transnacionales de combustibles f\u00f3siles que rindan cuentas de los cr\u00edmenes en sus pa\u00edses de origen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>x <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es la primera vez que el Premio Right Livelihood reconoce a activistas de Mozambique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Jurado Internacional de Right Livelihood, que este a\u00f1o consider\u00f3 176 nominaciones provenientes de 68 pa\u00edses, inform\u00f3 que Anabela Lemos y Justi\u00e7a Ambiental! son reconocidas \u201cpor fortalecer a las comunidades para hacer valer su derecho a decir que no a los megaproyectos de explotaci\u00f3n y exigir justicia ambiental\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl Premio nos dar\u00e1 visibilidad y la seguridad, tanto a m\u00ed como a Justi\u00e7a Ambiental! de que el trabajo que hacemos es valioso e importante\u201d, dijo Anabela Lemos. \u201cDemuestra que no somos solo un grupo de personas que se oponen sin raz\u00f3n al desarrollo. (JA!), una organizaci\u00f3n comprometida con la justicia ambiental en Mozambique. Durante m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os, Lemos y JA! han luchado contra proyectos impulsados por corporaciones que desplazan a las comunidades, destruyen medios de vida e intensifican el cambio clim\u00e1tico. El liderazgo de la organizaci\u00f3n en la \u201cCampa\u00f1a No al Gas\u201d ha puesto la mirada internacional sobre las violaciones ambientales y de derechos humanos provocadas por proyectos de extracci\u00f3n de gas natural licuado (GNL) en el norte de Mozambique.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JA! es conocida por su activismo de base y por su eficiente trabajo de incidencia global, en particular contra Mozambique LNG, un proyecto de extracci\u00f3n de gas de 24 mil millones de d\u00f3lares en Cabo Delgado, apoyado por TotalEnergies. La organizaci\u00f3n ha creado alianzas con m\u00e1s de 23 pa\u00edses para frenar este proyecto.
