On the importance of universal jurisdiction
In a recent article published in Spanish in El País, Juan Garcés argues that the principle of universal jurisdiction should not be withdrawn from Spanish law and should even be given a bigger role in international relations as it is a safer and less expensive way to influence world politics than sending troops.
