Consent and “do no harm”
All nominees must consent to being considered for the Award. For nominees who are imprisoned, consent may be provided by a family member or lawyer.
Jury meeting
Our international Jury meets each August to select the recipients. Laureates are then announced at a press conference in Stockholm, with the Award Presentation later in the year.
