We are announcing the four new Laureates at 8 am Stockholm time (Central European Summer Time) during a live press conference. You can follow the announcement live here, on our website. We will also post in-depth information about the Laureates and their work.

This year, a record number of 206 nominees from 89 countries are being considered. Through an open selection process, anyone could submit individuals or organisations for consideration by this year’s nomination deadline of March 3.

The recipients are being selected by our international Jury after careful investigation by Right Livelihood’s Research team. Find out more about the selection process!

We will celebrate the new Laureates during an Award Presentation in Stockholm on Wednesday, December 1.
